I’m glad you’re here. I’m a certified birth doula and childbirth educator proudly serving the Portland, Maine area in-person and all over virtually.
My goal is to help individuals and families feel safe, educated, and reassured throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. You will get customized, non-judgmental care.

I ground my guidance in evidence-based care. I’m passionate about ensuring you’re aware of your options. I complement your providers and support team. And as an empath, I’m always reading the room.
